We believe the Bible instructs Christians to give generously to support the mission of the local church to make disciples. Disciple making and gospel expansion cannot happen apart from faithful giving. The money we have, whether much or little, all belongs to the Lord and we are called to be faithful stewards of his resources. When we give sacrificially, it pleases God (Heb. 13:16), it meets the needs of the church (Rom. 12:13), it breaks the grip of materialism in our lives (Matt. 6:24), and it shows our faith in God’s provision (Phil. 4:19-20). Our financial records and statements are available to members upon request. We are confident that your faithful and sacrificial giving will bring glory to God and much joy to you! (2 Cor. 8:1-5)
We accept financial contributions in five ways:
- by cash (mailed to SGC or dropped off in offering boxes in sanctuary)
- by check (paper checks or online bank draft)
- by debit card (online)
- by credit card (online)
- by online bill pay (set up through your banking institution)
